Dr. James R. Massaro, D.C. Chiropractic Physician & Clinic Director at the Care Center of South Jersey Atlantic City / Northfield locations. Dr. James R. Massaro is a dedicated chiropractic physician committed to helping individuals achieve lasting health and wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care. His passion for chiropractic began at a young age, inspired by his own experiences as an athlete receiving chiropractic treatment to stay healthy and perform at his best.

Dr. Massaro earned his Bachelor of Health Science degree from Stockton University, where he was also a student-athlete on the university’s ice hockey team. His achievements on and off the ice earned him recognition as a two-time First Team ACHA All-Star and a three-time First Team ACHA Academic All-Star. He also demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to service as a member of Stockton’s Student Senate Governmental Affairs Committee.

Driven by his passion to help others overcome pain and return to the activities they love, Dr. Massaro graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Keiser University in West Palm Beach, Florida.

In November 2025, Dr. James R. Massaro received recognition from the Best of the Press Atlantic City after being voted 2nd place best chiropractor in Atlantic County.  

Today, Dr. Massaro practices at the Care Center of South Jersey located at their Atlantic City and Northfield offices where he combines clinical expertise with a personalized, patient-centered approach. Whether treating acute injuries, chronic pain, or optimizing physical performance, Dr. Massaro empowers patients to take an active role in their health and live life to the fullest.
